Quality assurance is at the forefront of all projects. We know that even a single defect left undetected at the time of the product release negatively impacts application acceptance and adoption. Starting quality assurance at the beginning of development reduces the risk of unnecessary downtime, customer grievances and market reputation.
Quantros benchmarks its quality assurance efforts against industry standard global best practices. This discipline offers Quantros clients:
- Increased application reliability and scalability
- Reduced re-work and QA costs
- Dependable application performance
- A rigorously tested application across all environmental parameters
The Quantros Quality Management System ensures:
- State-of-the-art Quality Assurance methodologies and practices in all its projects,
- Software processes and products conform to the specified requirements, standards and procedures.
- Guidelines and project documents for business processes are based on the best industry practices and quality standards.
- Compliance with established requirements, standards and procedures is evaluated through process monitoring, product evaluation, audits and testing.
Key factors used as part of the Quantros Quality Management System include:

- Efficient, proven development processes
- Complete system documentation
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all project deliverables and milestones
Keeping the Communication Lines Open
Any application development engagement requires stellar communication. Quantros facilities this through its project construct and its communication options.
A client may choose to either receive remote access to the development server via Share Point, Secured Network Map or use common communication means such as email and WebEx. By remotely accessing the development server, the customer can monitor progress in real time and generally control the development process even though the work is being carried out offsite. This approach is ideal for projects with:
- A limited budget
- Firmly agreed scope of work and requirements in place
- Tight deliverable schedules
A daily status report covering all aspects of the project is emailed to the customer by the project manager and reviewed during weekly conference calls using WebEx. We initiate conference calls as necessary and to discuss all high priority open issues and the latest project plans and status reports are made available on a shared folder at the client site.
Quantros ensures long-term success by analyzing and fulfilling your current needs while providing the scope for growth to support your company's future compliance initiatives.
