Account Representative

Position Description

Quantros is seeking an Account Representative with a knack for generating leads and closing business. In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting C suite, VP and director level prospects, presenting key selling points, benefits, and features, while remaining focused on the prospect's needs.
  • Handling all inbound inquiries generated from Demand Creation activities such as advertising and web seminars.
  • Perform outbound calls to generate leads.
  • Selling certain Quantros solutions via the phone to healthcare providers.
  • Developing working relationships with Regional Territory Managers.
  • Coordinating activities for lead transition to Regional Territory Managers.
  • Maintain HIPAA privacy and security standards as defined by The Company.

Requirements

The Account Representative must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus experience in a sales environment.
  • Lead Generation or sales experience is required.
  • Clinical or Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to have business conversations with executive level contact.
  • An articulate, friendly, optimistic, goal oriented and success driven skills inventory.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to articulate value messaging to prospects.
  • Stellar organization and time management skills.
  • A self motivated demeanor and a team player attitude.
