Quantros, Inc. is a venture-backed company based in the Silicon Valley. Since our origination as Health Care Info-Tech, we have been working to develop and implement innovative, user-friendly solutions to put the power of information technology in the hands of our health care clients and partners.

Using our unique technology, we have developed a portfolio of easy-to-use, web-based applications that serve a broad range of quality oversight and data management needs for hospitals, managed care organizations, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

In November of 2003, Quantros acquired DoctorQuality’s adverse event and near miss collection and reporting application, RPM. As two of the most prominent leaders in patient safety applications and programs, the combined entity now represents the market leader in web-based incident and occurrence reporting tools with a growing database in excess of 150,000 occurrences. Quantros also continues to grow as one of the nation’s largest providers of the Joint Commission Core Measure solution.
