American Medical Group Association Chooses Quantros to Power Quality of Care Benchmarking Programs

American Medical Group Association (AMGA), an association that represents medical groups, including some of the nation's largest, most prestigious integrated health care delivery systems, has chosen Quantros, a leading provider of real-time web-based clinical research, quality and performance improvement solutions for the healthcare industry, to power its quality of care benchmarking programs.

"AMGA and our members stand to realize improved efficiency, flexibility, and turn-around time on reports using the Quantros real-time, web-based platform. We expect member participation and collaboration to increase significantly with Quantros," said Julie Sanderson-Austin, VP of Quality Management and Research for AMGA.

Quantros will automate data collection, statistical analysis, and benchmarking for the AMGA's existing provider and patient satisfaction programs. Participating medical groups will report data and receive real-time feedback on their performance and satisfaction with care provided as well as comparison to peer organizations via the Quantros real-time, web-based platform.

"Quantros is a perfect fit for AMGA and its member medical groups because using the tool eliminates much of the manual burden of participating in paper-based performance-improvement projects. Our real-time, web-based platform connects geographically disparate medical groups and physician practices so that they can collaborate, share best practices, and provide optimal patient-centered, physician-directed healthcare," said Rajnish Mishra, MBA, PhD, President and CEO of Quantros.
