Quantros Forges New Partnership With System Improvements, Inc. For In-Depth Root Cause Analysis Solutions and Services

Relationship will Allow Joint Clients to Share Safety and Risk Data Between Applications to Further Enhance Adverse Event Reduction Efforts in the Healthcare Setting

May 14, 2008 - San Francisco, CA - Quantros®, the leading provider of software solutions for healthcare safety, quality and performance improvement, today announced a partnership with System Improvements, Inc., the creator of TapRooT®, a world renowned leader of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) software and services.

As part of this relationship the companies will provide a bi-directional feed of data between their systems. Clients collecting event data using Quantros Safety and Risk Management (SRM) can seamlessly transmit and use that data within TapRooT’s management system for comprehensive RCA investigations. The results of those investigations will then be accessible within SRM as well. In addition, the joint agreement makes available TapRooT’s internationally recognized RCA training methodologies via Quantros as organizations desire to build their RCA acumen.
