QUANTROS & HCPro ENTER AGREEMENT TO CONTINUE TO ADVANCE PATIENT SAFETY AND QUALITY

MILPITAS, CA - October 26, 2006 - Quantros, Inc., a pioneer and market leader in web-based preventable medical error/incident data management and decision support solutions and HCPro, a leading provider of integrated information, education, training, and consulting products and services in the areas of healthcare regulation, compliance, quality improvement and patient safety, today announced a collaborative reseller agreement. This definitive agreement will provide Quantros client hospitals with ready access to HCPro's industry leading quality, compliance, and patient safety solution offerings through the Quantros Safety, Quality, and Compliance Knowledge Share portals.
