Quantros and Premier Enter Agreement to Advance Patient Safety

Premier, Inc., a leading alliance of not-for-profit hospitals and healthcare systems and Quantros, Inc., a pioneer in web-based medical errors/incident reporting and analysis, today announced a definitive agreement and collaborative relationship between the two companies. This agreement provides Premier member hospitals and clients with access to the Quantros Safety and Risk Management software suite. As part of this agreement, Premier will distribute and offer the Quantros Safety & Risk Management products and services as part of its own Safety Advisor solution.

Under the terms of the agreement, Premier will exclusively market and sell the Quantros Safety and Risk Management application as the data management solution for adverse event and near miss reporting within its vast hospital member and client network.
