- QPSC Standard is a no-cost solution that provides real-time individual facility event data, NPSD submission, quarterly aggregate comparative data (from over 2,000 Quantros client facilities), safety and regulatory updates, discussion forums and other peer collaboration opportunities, the Quantros Patient Safety Resource library and quarterly QPSC membership web-meetings.
- QPSC Plus adds quarterly individual facility comparative data, an automated AHRQ Culture of Safety Survey administration tool and individual performance reporting and quarterly RCA review and recommendations.
- QPSC Premium adds real-time RCA review and recommendations, Culture of Safety change management consulting, monthly individual facility comparative data on safety events, and access to Quantros safety and risk experts by phone and e-mail.
