The Quantros Patient Safety Center

The Quantros Patient Safety Center was established to support the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005. Administered by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), this program provides for the creation of Patient Safety Organizations (PSOs) for helping healthcare providers to increase liability protection (Confidentiality and Privilege Protection offered in Act), access services and consulting for patient safety improvement, access to wider preventable medical error data, and participate in a Network of Patient Safety Databases (NPSD). The Quantros Patient Safety Center is a division of Quantros solely focused on the above initiative. As a participating member of the Quantros Patient Safety Center your organization will receive:

A proven Web-based system for capture, submission , and analysis of Common Format (CM) and associated data as defined by the AHRQ including seamless transfer of data from Quantros SRM or other upload and data entry options from other electronic event reporting systems
Data analysis reports identifying trends coupled with direction on best practices for improving areas of concern
