Cancellations

To receive a full-conference, conference, or pre-conference refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before February 28, 2009 (postmark, email or fax date). Written cancellations postmarked, emailed or faxed March 1, 2009 through May 4, 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 4, 2009.
