Business Development Representative Manager

Position Overview:

We’re actively recruiting for a BDR Manager for our sales organization.  The ideal candidate will manage the demand generation process for the sales team; partnership closely with marketing, to ensure the sales team hits outreach, demo, visit and opportunity goals. The BDR Manager will manage the BDR team and ensure the outside sales reps are receiving the support and information they need to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the BDR team, including
    • Management against daily outreach goals, meeting and opportunity goals
    • Management against urgent lead follow-up
    • Compliance with Salesforce usage
    • Creation of “incentives” to drive stellar performance amongst the team
    • Identify needs and ensure effective training of the BDR team
  • Support the creation and deployment of outreach campaigns, including:
    • Working with marketing to create/edit scripting
    • Identification of campaign targets, messages
    • Understand Quantros differentiators and competitor positioning to drive effective outreach
    • Track activity against campaigns, providing insights to outside sellers and partnering with marketing to iterate/improve upon campaign performance
  • Reporting to SVP of Product on:
    • Campaign performance
    • Outreach activity
    • Performance of cold sales-based outreach
    • Future plans/strategies to hit demand gen goals
    • Status of all leads passed to sales team
  • Weekly check-ins with outside sales reps to discuss progress, opportunities, manage goals of the team
  • Partnership with Marketing to identify outreach collateral needs

Experience and Qualifications:

    null
  • 3+ years of business development/sales outreach, including at least 1 year managing a BDR team
  • Experience in the provider-based healthcare space required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Must be a self-motivated, driven leader with the ability to work independently
  • Able to understand, communicate and demonstrate the value of Quantros solutions being offered
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Experience and proficiency in all Microsoft Office software products
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater from an accredited university or college

Working Environment:

  • Full-time on-site office location at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned area, with moderate noise levels and good internet connectivity
  • Periods of stress may occur
