Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Overview:

We’re actively recruiting a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for an opportunity to work in the health care field. The ideal candidate will be someone with quality assurance experience and an understanding software engineering best practices who is dedicated to ensuring quality throughout the development process. This position will be working with web applications and backend systems built to support and process sensitive healthcare data. The candidate will leverage experience in creating and maintaining test plans and conducting manual tests.


  • Actively participate in the team’s scrum and development processes.
  • Provide guidance in efforts to improve the quality assurance process.
  • Design, develop and execute test plans and test cases based on analysis of requirements.
  • Develop documentation for systems and processes that are created.
  • Verify success and failure of tests by leveraging database and analytical skills.
  • Monitor and maintain HIPAA privacy and security standards as defined by Quantros.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in creating and maintaining test plans and test cases.
  • At least 3 years of experience on analysis of requirements.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with SQL.
  • At least 3 years of experience in testing web-based applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a software engineer or with automated testing tools. (Selenium preferred)
  • Experience testing health care applications.
  • Familiarity with verifying applications that are HIPAA compliant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or the equivalent in experience.
