Chief Medical Officer
Frank brings three decades of healthcare experience to Quantros. A physician by training (Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine), he still practices medicine on a limited basis. Prior to joining Quantros, he held several executive positions within the Seton Healthcare Family in Austin, Texas, including Chief Patient Safety Officer, system-level Associate Chief Medical Officer, and Vice-President of Medical Affairs at Seton Medical Center, Austin. He also served as a member of Seton’s Board of Trustees, as Chief of Staff and system-level President of the Medical Staff, as Network Medical Director for Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and for Seton’s Simulation and Sleep Disorders Centers. He holds multiple faculty appointments at Texas academic institutions and was the executive lead for Seton’s Perinatal Safety project, which was awarded Joint Commission’s coveted Codman Award in 2007. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
